A: If you need to cancel, please email us and let us know the name and date of birth of the appointment we should cancel.
Q. Can I attend this drive-thru for my second dose?
A. Yes, if your first dose was Pfizer.
Q. Do I have to bring anything to the clinic?
A. Your confirmation email contains links to the paperwork you need to print, complete, and bring to the drive-thru clinic.
Q. Will I receive an email confirmation?
A. You will receive a confirmation email to the address you entered on the form. If you do you not see it, please check your spam folder.
