Ann Gregory Kelly, MD is a board-certified family physician dedicated to delivering high quality comprehensive family medicine. Trained to care for patients across the lifespan and across care settings, Dr. Kelly embraces the breadth and depth of family medicine, managing acute concerns, chronic diseases, and preventive care.

Her professional passion lies in practicing medicine through meaningful continuity and whole-person care.

Dr. Kelly grew up in Columbia, SC. She attended the College of Charleston prior to medical school at MUSC. She then completed a 4 year full spectrum family medicine residency program in Middletown, CT, where she also received expanded training in behavioral health.

Prior to joining Liberty Doctors, Dr. Kelly practiced in Mt. Pleasant, SC. She is committed to advocating for patients and protecting the patient-doctor relationship through independent practice.
