C. Stuart Dawson III, MD

Dr. Dawson is a native of the Lowcountry and Board Certified in Family Medicine. He graduated from MUSC Medical School and completed residency in the UNC Chapel Hill system. He practices up to date comprehensive primary care medicine, from acute problems to complex chronic issues in adolescent through geriatric stages of life. He has well-established relationships with local specialists and hospital systems.

When not in the office, he and his wife can be found teaching their daughter how to fish for spot-tails or trout and sail, wood-working, or growing tomatoes and Meyer lemons in their garden. They have 2 dogs-  Fletcher, a Vizsla, and Gus, a King Charles Spaniel.
