You must call the Liberty Doctors office to begin the process. They will schedule your virtual visit and give you more information.

How does the virtual visit work?
Close to the time of your scheduled virtual visit, you will receive a message via email or text message. Clicking or tapping that link will begin the virtual visit. We recommend reading this page, created by Updox, the company that powers our virtual visits, to make sure you are prepared.
I am having technical problems, what should I do?
We will not bill you or your insurance for any unsuccessful virtual visit. Please call your Liberty Doctors office for next steps. You may be able to speak to your provider over the phone, or arrange for technical support.
