Amanda Green, DNP, has recently started seeing patients at our West Ashley office at 1064 Gardner Road, Suites 105-106. We are so excited to have her join our team!
Amanda graduated from Winthrop University with her Bachelor of Science. She received her Bachelor of Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing and Doctorate of Nursing from MUSC. She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, of which she is an active member.
Previously, she worked as a Laboratory Technologist, and also worked as a Registered Nurse for 8 years. Amanda says, “I love that I am able to directly make a difference in the lives of my patients. I love that I can see long term outcomes of my patients, I find this to be very rewarding and challenging. This position keeps my love for learning ongoing.”
In her time off, Amanda enjoys cooking, traveling, reading and spending time with her family and her dog Poppy. She also enjoys being a part of Sigma Theta Tau, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., and is looking forward to participating in a medical mission trip in the near future.
